Travel planning and bookings

Vayana Trips may assist with travel planning, reservations and related services. Availability, fares, schedules, rules, cancellation terms and supplier policies may change and are ultimately controlled by the airline, hotel, cruise line, rental-car company or other travel supplier.

Prices and service fees

Any Vayana Trips service or booking fee will be disclosed before the customer authorizes payment. Supplier charges, taxes and other fees may apply separately.

Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, dates of birth, contact details and travel information, and for reviewing booking details before purchase.

Passports, visas and travel documents

Travelers are responsible for meeting passport, visa, entry, health and documentation requirements applicable to their trip.

Unaccompanied minor travel

Final UMNR eligibility, age rules, fees, connection restrictions, escort procedures and airport requirements are determined by the operating airline. Vayana Trips provides planning and coordination assistance and does not override airline rules.

Cancellations and changes

Changes, refunds and cancellations are subject to the applicable supplier's fare rules and policies, plus any separately disclosed Vayana Trips fee.
